A Photomacrography Monsoon Morning
To preface this collection of images, all captured on today’s walk, you need to know that I’ve done my best to identify and caption the images but I have been inconsistent. Some images have common names, some scientific names, some both and some are incomplete. And there may be, (likely be) mistakes. This is a learning moment for me, not a teaching moment! :)
I’d love to do this walk with a botanist with extensive knowledge of this local environment. If you have corrections please let me know!!!
All photos taken with a Nikon D850 set to Shutter Priority at 100th of a sec. Since I was hand-holding the camera, I had to do what I could to mitigate both camera shake and wind movement. Next time I bring the tripod and maybe get better depth-of-field. Enjoy!
